A city that genuinely gets under your skin

Bangalore has so much going on - the food scene alone is worth the trip. MG Road area is great for just walking around, shopping, and grabbing a coffee. The weather was perfect, never too hot. People are super welcoming and easy to talk to.

Tech city with real soul

Came for work but stayed to explore. The craft beer scene around Indiranagar is seriously impressive for a city this size. Tons of good restaurants, decent traffic if you plan smart, and locals are genuinely helpful. Way more personality than I expected from a business hub.

Food lover's dream destination

The masala dosa at MTR on Lalbagh Road was probably one of the best things I've eaten on any trip, full stop. South Indian breakfast culture here is something else entirely - fresh, affordable, and packed with flavor. The whole food scene in this city is just brilliant.

Perfect base for a tech and culture trip

Bangalore works really well as a city break. Lalbagh Botanical Garden is a proper green escape right in the middle of the urban chaos. The startup scene gives the city a young, energetic feel. Lots of good cafes, bookshops, and live music spots scattered around.

Great city if you know where to look

Spent time in Koramangala and honestly the food and nightlife there blew me away. So many rooftop restaurants and cool independent spots. The weather in January is basically perfect - cool evenings, sunny days. Traffic is real but the city rewards patience.

Arjun P. - Dubai, UAE - January 9, 2026

Loved the garden city feel

December in Bangalore is lovely - cool breeze, lots of flowers everywhere, and Cubbon Park is gorgeous this time of year. The city has this relaxed pace compared to Mumbai or Delhi. Lots of history too if you take the time to dig into it. Really solid trip overall.
